Jenny Love
Jenny Love is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She obtained her masters in Social Work from Carleton University. Having worked in a variety of counselling, advocacy, support and policy settings since 2003, Jenny is fortunate to bring a diverse range of therapeutic skills, knowledge and resources to best inform her practice in working with children, youth and adults.
Through a practice grounded in compassion, respect, honesty, and collaboration, Jenny offers individual, couple and group therapy. Her areas of specialization include: anxiety, chronic pain/illness, self-esteem, grief and loss, and abuse/criminal victimization. Knowing the courage that it takes to reach out for help, Jenny takes special care in supporting clients on their journey of finding happiness, balance, and health. A therapeutic environment is provided which is safe, confidential, caring, and non-judgmental.
Along with her work at the Westend FamilyCare Clinic, Jenny also maintains a private practice in the community, where she provides individual therapy, and works with victims of crime through the Victim Quick Response Program.
